Statement of Compliance with Law 25

In accordance with the provisions of Law 25 – An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information, our firm has implemented strict data governance and privacy management practices.

As part of our accounting services, SDBL Administration et Comptabilité inc. collects, uses, and retains only the personal information necessary for the delivery of its professional services, in full compliance with the principles of necessity, transparency, and accountability.

Accordingly, the following measures have been put in place:

No personal information is ever transmitted by email.

All documents and data containing sensitive or personal information are exchanged exclusively through a secure digital platform that complies with applicable cybersecurity and privacy standards.

Access to personal information is strictly limited to authorized personnel, in the performance of their duties, and based on the principle of least privilege.

A Privacy Officer has been appointed in accordance with Law 25. This individual is responsible for enforcing internal policies, overseeing staff training, and responding to requests for access, correction, or withdrawal of consent.
